You can download your new tracks instantly using the link on the confirmation page. You'll also receive an email with the link that you can use whenever you like. After 30 days, download links expire, so get your tracks downloaded before then.

If you didn't receive an emailed copy of the link to download your files after purchasing, then check your junk folder to start with, just in case it's got caught up in your spam filter. If there's still no luck then get in touch with your order information and we'll sort it out straightaway.

Our music and sound effects are delivered as high quality WAV files. This means that absolutely any device can play them, whether that’s a tablet, iPad, phone or laptop. These uncompressed, high quality files can be quite large in size, so make sure that your device has enough disk space for them. contact us if you require an alternative format.Track packs are delivered in a single Zip file, please make sure that your device is able to download and open these files to get to your music.
